Welcome to Volunteering at TVCS!

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at TVCS! Our volunteers are essential to our school family!

Returning volunteers do not need to reapply. If you were an approved volunteer last year, you are still an approved volunteer. If you were an approved driver please provide any new documents; i.e. new insurance policy page or a new driver license.

New volunteers will be required to complete the electronic volunteer application (annual requirement), have cleared Live Scan fingerprint results on file at TVCS (one-time requirement), and attend a Parent Volunteer Training.  For information about the next training see "Latest News" on the home page.

Please read our Volunteer Handbook & Application in its entirety and complete the electronic volunteer application in our Raptor security system. You will be asked to sign that you have read, understand and acknowledge all the information contained in our handbook and that you will abide by all the terms outlined within the volunteer Handbook, as well as the Parent/Student Handbook.

Once all the volunteer requirements are met, Raptor will notify you that you are an approved volunteer. Teachers and school staff will have access to a list of all approved volunteers. At that time, you may reach out to teachers and other staff member to find out what help they many need and to let them know how you are interested in helping.

We greatly appreciate your willingness to be actively involved in the education of our students and to assist our staff. Your contributions in this way are highly valued and make a lasting impact on our entire school community.
